Omeza announced the promotion of Director of Operations Lalania Hayes to Vice President of Operations.
Lalania directs day-to-day operations in the organization, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective systems that meet current and future needs of Omeza as it moves into the early growth stage of development. She oversees the manufacturing and purchasing departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.

She consistently brings to the fore creative solutions, whether in capital equipment, process engineering or product formulations, and she is also a disciplined owner of the operations budget.”
Prior to joining Omeza, Lalania held the position of Chief Operations Officer of Rockbottombottles, LLC., a wholesale distributor of packaging products based in Sarasota, FL. Lalania was instrumental in executing the business plan from a start-up to the sale of the company. In this role, Lalania managed international vendor relationships, international and domestic freight by ocean, air and land, accounting, finance and aided in development of its e-commerce platform.
Lalania is currently enrolled at State College of Florida, pursuing her Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management. She earned her Associate of Science in Medical Assisting from Keiser University.
