OMEZA Holdings Announces an Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Hikma in Select MENA Markets

SARASOTA, Fla., Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — OMEZA Holdings Inc. (OMEZA) is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Hikma Pharmaceuticals (Hikma), the largest pharmaceutical company in MENA by sales (1) opening access to OCM™ (OMEZA Complete Matrix) for advanced wound care patients in select Middle East and North Africa markets (MENA). Under the terms of the agreement, Hikma will be responsible for regulatory activities, commercialization, and some manufacturing processes in the licensed markets. Regulatory submissions will begin in select MENA markets, with commercial availability subject to regulatory approval. Demand for advanced wound care continues to increase across the MENA region, driven by the growing prevalence of diabetes, an aging population, and ongoing investments to enhance healthcare infrastructure through public health investment initiatives. OCM™ provides multimodal benefits for advanced acute and chronic wounds in various settings. OCM™ is an FDA-cleared device wound matrix derived from marine lipids and cold-water fish peptides.
